good to know

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment time, to complete registration and familiarize yourself with the spa environment.

Access to the fitness centre, sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi is free of charge for resort guests. Charges apply for other services.

The sauna and steam bath are available upon request. Please contact the spa at least 30 minutes before your arrival if you would like to use them.

Guests are requested to book treatment appointments in advance. In case of cancellation, please contact the spa at least 4 hours before your treatment to avoid a 50% penalty on the total cost.

The spa provides you with a bathrobe, towel and slippers.

For hygiene purposes, please shower before your treatment.

Please store valuable items in your allocated personal locker. Mobile phones are not welcomed into the spa.
