What room types are available in the hotel?
Double/twin room Inland/Sea View: Can accommodate up to 2 persons
Superior double/twin room side sea/sea view: Can accommodate up to 3 persons
Open plan family room Inland/Sea View: Can accommodate up to 4 persons
Deluxe Family Room with Sea View: Can accommodate up to 4 persons

Is there a safe box in the room? If yes, what is the current charge?
Yes, all rooms feature a safe box that you can use with extra charge except for suites where you can use it without charge.
Is there Wi-fi access in the rooms & public areas?
Yes, you can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel in the lobby area and in all rooms, provided you use your own device.
• What are the resort’s standard ‘check-in’ and ‘check-out’ times?
You can check in at 14:00 hrs and check out at 12:00 noon.
Do the rooms include tea & coffee facilities?
Yes, in all hotel rooms.
• Can I request a room upgrade while staying in the resort?
Room upgrades are available with a respective charge, but this always depends on occupancy. As some months are at high occupancy (especially the summer months), please book your desired room type and/or view, when making your booking to avoid disappointment.
• My return flight home is late. Can I book a ‘late check-out’ directly while I am in the resort?
The resort welcomes guest requests but your late check-out cannot be guaranteed until your departure date. Availability of late check-out rooms always depends on respective arrivals.
Current charges for a ‘late check-out’ room are €70 until 18:00 (local time).
I have booked a ‘late check-out’ room. Will I be able to keep the same room I have been staying in?
We will consider every request and will do our utmost to help make your late check-out as seamless and stress-free as possible. However, this is on request and upon availability, as your room may be needed for guests arriving early on the day you depart. On the day of your departure, please kindly check if it is possible to keep the same room at the reception. If not, you’ll be asked to check-out from your original room at 12 noon and you’ll be given a different room to enjoy for the remainder of the day.

Do you provide beach towels, or do I have to bring my own?
The resort provides pool towels to all guests, free of charge. You can replace pool towels with fresh ones whenever needed.
Is there a ‘dress code’ at the resort restaurants?
We encourage gentlemen to wear long trousers and sleeved shirts for dinner at the resort’s main restaurant and at Ostrako Restaurant. During the hot period (June to September), the resort does allow gentlemen to enter the restaurant with smart shorts or ¾ trousers.
(Please note that although there is no dress code for breakfast and lunch, we do ask that guests be appropriately dressed and cover bathing suits)
